Job Description:

AriensCo is seeking a motivated and experienced Assembler. We invite you to be part of our dynamic team.

Pay:

Starts at $20/hour + $2,000 sign on bonus

Schedule & Shift:

Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 4:30AM-2:30PM or 4:45AM-2:45PM

THE DAY TO DAY

… Safe operation of machine and tools Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling outdoor power equipment Perform any assembly-type functions using hand or power tools Operates equipment needed to perform the job Strict adherence to standard work Assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals Ability to problem solve effectively Ability to communicate

THE QUALIFICATIONS

… Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day Must be able to use hands to position parts in place Able to lift up to 35lbs at varying frequencies Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment Capable of adhering to Standard Work Ability to work as part of a team Desire for personal development and growth Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
