Job Title:
Mechanical Assembler Job Description Join our team as a Mechanical Assembler where you will work on bench-type processes to complete mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies, specifically for sailboat pulley systems. You will utilize your skills with hand tools to ensure precision and quality in every task. Responsibilities Perform mechanical assembly and sub-assembly tasks using hand tools. Assemble components for sailboat pulley systems. Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Adhere to prescribed safety protocols. Essential Skills Minimum of 2 years of assembly experience at one company. 1 year of experience with blueprints. Proficiency with hand tools. Experience in mechanical assembly. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with production processes. Experience with blueprint reading. Why Work Here? The building is well-designed with a machine shop on one side and a warehouse/assembly area on the complete opposite side. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pewaukee, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
