Gpac just partnered with a rapidly growing Manufacturing company that is seeking a full time Assembler. Direct hire full time position. This company is in your backyard. 1st Shift Assemble motors, gearboxes, and electromechanical components according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and measuring devices Support multiple production areas as labor priorities shift throughout the day or week Read and follow assembly drawings, bills of materials, and standard operating procedures Previous manufacturing or assembly experience Experience with electric motors, gearboxes, wiring, or electromechanical assembly Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges Soldering or basic electrical experience Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement exposure
