JOB DESCRIPTION
Assembler will be able to:
Wall Fab:
Safely and efficiently use power tools, such as drill, impact gun, grinder and rivet gun Assemble wall and roof panels by operating hydraulic clinchers Cut insulation using engineering jigs Operate over-head crane to transport finished goods from tables into assembly carts
Housing/Framing:
Safely and efficiently use power tools, such as drills, impact gun, grinder and rivet gun, chop saw, band saw, drill gun Prepare the skid for installation of the insulation into the bottom structural post Insall corner walls on both skid top and bottom Fan wall and front/back wall installation Install the septum wall and blank off into the fan wall Complete the liners and insulation of both sections Reference engineer drawings, cut lists and bills of material for appropriate schematics Efficiently assemble unit wall panels
Internals:
Install inside frame rails Affix both internal and external doors Clean the unit in preparation for painting process
Externals:
Conduct cycle counts for required parts Install sub assembly for the media, filter frame, bubble gaskets, doors and clips Affix door handle parts, pre and final filters and drain covers Spot weld the mist eliminator with slots, vertical support and media access panels Detail and finalize unit for quality inspection Inject silicone, caulking and other sealants on the inside, and outside areas of the units Safely and efficiently use power tools, such as drills, impact gun, grinder, and rivet gun. Below are required for each area: Ensure safety policies are followed Perform daily, weekly and monthly safety inspections as required Maintain a clean and orderly work area Other duties as assigned by a member of management Work with Lead to meet standard operating procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be qualified to perform the duties of the occupation in accordance with quality and quantity standards and to perform the mental, and visual requirements of the job in a safe and efficient manner. Physical requirements of the job are the ability to: Lift 50 pounds without assistance Stand for a minimum of 2-3 hours Reaching over shoulders/head Bending at waist/knees Twisting at shoulders/waist
