Job Description

Assembler - 2nd Shift We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join the production team at Kenall in Kenosha, WI. The ideal candidate will help assemble, test, and prepare high-quality commercial lighting products for shipment while following detailed procedures and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Location:
Kenosha, WI Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 2:30 PM- 11:00
PM Pay Rate:
$19/hour
Duties:
Participate in on-the-job training to learn product assembly standards and expectations Assemble components and sub-assemblies of lighting products (e.g., doors, brackets, housings) Install hardware and electrical components, including wiring, power sources, LED modules, and connectors Perform secondary tasks such as applying labels, sealants (silicone), and preparing products for packaging Conduct functional and quality tests using handheld and computerized tools Read and follow electronic work instructions and basic diagrams Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Occasionally assist other production functions as needed
