3:00pm-1:30am QPS Employment Group has a great Assembler position available at a company in Monroe, WI. This is a 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire. This position offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on work in a collaborative environment, with potential for growth within the automotive industry. Assembler Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Read and interpret assembly prints and bills of material to accurately assemble components.
- Gather, position, and fasten metal parts using bolts, screws, rivets, and other fasteners.
- Operate pneumatic, electrical, and manual hand tools safely and effectively.
- Report any product or equipment issues to the department lead promptly.
- Assist in the assembly of metal products either at a workbench or on the shop floor.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards throughout all tasks.
Assembler Requirements:
- Ability to read and execute instructions from blueprints and assembly documentation.
- Proficiency with tape measures and basic math skills.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 45 lbs. without assistance.
- Capable of safely using hand, pneumatic, and power tools and machinery.
- Strong adherence to safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
