3:00pm-1:30am QPS Employment Group has a great Assembler position available at a company in Monroe, WI. This is a 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire. Assembler Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assemble metal products, partially or completely, working at a bench or on shop floor by performing duties as assigned.
• Read and interpret assembly prints and bills of material.
• Gather and position materials and parts according to Assembly documentation or verbal instruction.
• Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners.
• Use and operate various pneumatic, electrical, and manual hand tools.
• Report any issues with products or equipment to the department lead.

Assembler Requirements:

• Read and execute instructions as found on blueprints.
• Ability to read and understand a tape measure.
• Perform basic math.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 45 lbs. without assistance.
• Safely use hand, air, pneumatic, and power tools, and machinery.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
