Assembler Job Description Assemblers are responsible for utilizing hand and power tools to build and assemble trailers. This role is physically demanding and requires working 10-hour shifts while standing. Assemblers must follow blueprints with precision, ensuring there are no quality errors. Initially, candidates will focus on rebuilding trailers identified with quality errors, before transitioning into a full assembly role. Responsibilities Utilize hand and power tools to assemble trailers. Follow blueprints accurately to avoid quality errors. Rebuild trailers with identified quality issues. Transition to a full assembly role after initial tasks are completed. Essential Skills Minimum of 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly throughout the shift. Experience in consistently moving during work hours. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in large assembly projects. Construction experience. Ability to work from written instructions and blueprints. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Monroe, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
