• What You'll Be Doing
• + Assemble industrial products using hand and power tools + Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications + Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met + Use measuring tools such as rulers and tape measures + Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals + Maintain a safe and organized work area + Learn and adapt to new processes and manufacturing techniques •What We're Looking For•+ High school diploma, GED, or equivalent + Ability to read a ruler and tape measure + Basic math and measurement skills + Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity + Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools + Effective communication skills + Ability to work in a team-oriented environment + Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred + Blueprint reading experience is a plus •Schedule Options•1st Shift•+ 4 x 10-hour schedule (Monday-Thursday)OR + 4 x 9-hour schedule (Monday-Thursday) plus 4 hours on Friday •2nd Shift•+ 3pm-11pm, Monday - Friday •
