Full Job Description Overview:
Express Employment of River Falls is hiring multiple Assemblers for a client located right here in town. Experience is a plus, but entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply! This company is looking for dedicated employees with great attendance and communication skills. The facility is climate-controlled, and this is a mostly seated position. 2nd
Shift:
Monday to Thursday (1:30pm-12am)
Pay :
$17/hour
Location:
River Falls, WI Job Duties:
Read, understand, and utilize various documents including bills of materials, wire lists, etc. Identify and assist in process improvement measures Build wire harnesses from documentation Crimp terminals on wire using hand tools Cut wire to length using hand tools Cut and crimp wire using automatic machines Tinning and soldering Apply labels, device IDs, and tie wires Maintain a safe and organized work area All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School education or equivalent; or at least 6 months of continuous employment Visual acuity (wire color and small print on wire) Proficiency using precision measurement tools (tape measure, ruler, etc.) Ability to read and interpret documents such as process instructions Ability to work well with others Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work overtime depending on work load About Express Employment Professionals in River Falls, WI Established in 1991, Express Employment Professionals in River Falls has partnered with over 100 companies in the area.
