Crate Builder / Fabricator (1st Shift) Shawano, WI $20
  • 21/hour Monday
  • Friday | 5:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM Celerity Staffing is hiring a Crate Builder/Fabricator for a fast-paced production environment in Shawano, WI.
This position is responsible for building custom wooden crates and preparing products for shipment. Key Responsibilities Fabricate wooden crates and boxes based on specifications Read blueprints, layouts, and shipping invoices Measure, cut, and assemble lumber using hand and power tools Operate tools such as saws, nail guns, and staplers Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Pack and secure products into crates manually or with hoists Label, weigh, and prepare shipments for delivery Maintain an organized and clean work area Work independently while meeting production deadlines Qualifications Previous carpentry or fabrication experience preferred Ability to read a tape measure and follow written instructions Experience with hand tools and power tools required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable with a strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs Frequent standing, bending, and repetitive movements Comfortable working with wood materials and tools in a production setting #IND5
