11:30pm-7:30am, Overtime may be required based on production needs QPS Employment Group is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Plastic Assemblers to join a leading custom injection molding company in Sussex, WI. This is a temporary role on 3rd shift. Assembler-Plastic Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Assemble plastic parts and components according to work instructions and specifications
- Perform visual and manual inspection of parts for quality defects (flashing, discoloration, short shots, etc.)
- Trim excess plastic, apply labels or decals, and complete any post-molding operations
- Use hand tools or small machinery as needed to complete assemblies
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow safety and quality standards at all times
- Accurately complete production documentation and meet hourly production goals
- Collaborate with team members and report issues to supervisors as needed
Assembler-Plastic Requirements:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly a plus, willing to train
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
