Fabricator Responsibilities:

• Safely operate various machines, such as machines, punch presses, laser cutters, and other fabrication equipment
• Accurately read technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to fabricate parts to exact specifications
• Perform inspections to verify dimensions and quality of fabricated parts, ensuring they meet company and industry standards
• Manage raw materials and ensure that they are prepared, organized, and stored correctly for fabrication processes
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot minor issues to avoid downtime
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting any hazards immediately
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives, including waste reduction and process optimization Requirements for

Fabricator:

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training in manufacturing or machining preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment; experience with presses or laser equipment is a plus
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, machine operation, and basic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods; must be comfortable working in a noisy, fast-paced environment
