Production Line Worker - Night Shift

Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Line Worker to join our team in a clean room manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling materials, operating production equipment, and performing cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain compliance with clean room standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality protocols. Key Responsibilities Handle raw materials and finished products, including loading/unloading materials onto the production line. Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Perform routine equipment cleaning and sanitization to maintain clean room conditions and prevent contamination. Accurately record production data, lot numbers, and materials used. Assist with setup and changeover of production equipment. Follow all clean room protocols, including gowning and hygiene standards. Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors. Support team members to ensure production goals and schedules are met. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 70 lbs safely and repeatedly. Ability to push/pull up to 200 lbs on wheeled carts or equipment . Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time. Comfortable working in a clean room environment with protective clothing (gowning, masks, gloves, etc.). Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in manufacturing, clean room, or production environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures. Good communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to workplace safety and product quality. Work Environment Clean room environment with strict hygiene and contamination control standards. Requires wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) including gowning, gloves, masks, and safety glasses. May involve rotating shifts, weekends, or overtime based on production needs.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 - 48.0 per week
