Window & Door Manufacturing Associate

United Talent Staffing is currently seeking dependable and motivated individuals for manufacturing and production opportunities with a window and door manufacturing facility in the New Martinsville area. Job Responsibilities Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of windows and doors Operate production machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently Read measurements and follow production specifications Inspect products for quality and accuracy throughout the manufacturing process Package and prepare completed products for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Basic math and measurement skills preferred Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work overtime as needed based on production demands Schedule & Pay Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Occasional overtime on Fridays based on production needs Pay ranges from $12.00 to $13.00 per hour depending on department and experience Work Environment Fast paced manufacturing setting Exposure to production equipment and moving machinery PPE required in designated areas Requirements Pre-employment drug screening is required Must be able to comply with attendance and safety expectations Candidates interested in learning more are encouraged to apply with United Talent Staffing ( www.utalent.com ) or contact our office directly at 304.225.1199 to set up a interview today!
