ASSEMBLY/OPERATOR

Jennmar Services is seeking to fill entry-level production worker positions at our Jennmar plant in the Reedsville, WV. Our Company handles the production of Roof Bolts for the Coal Mines, this position will be under the direction of a mentor employee that will include training on product assembly and various machine operation actions that will progress to an assembler or machine operator position. HS/GED Preferred. #IND55

Duties & Responsibilities of Assembler/Operator:

Dependability to be consistently at work and on time. Fundamental listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Fundamental math skills including knowledge of fractions and decimals. Basic measuring skills using tape measure and micrometers. Repetitive standing and/or bending capability during normal phase duties. Near/far vision and multiple limb coordination. Moderate to heavy lifting capability up to 65 lbs.

Schedule of Assembler/Operator:

Training will occur on day shift (5 AM - 1 PM, Monday thru Friday) and the selected candidate will transfer to afternoon shift (1 PM - 11 PM, Monday thru Thursday) upon completion of training.
