Job Description

Personnel Resources is hiring a strong, hands-on leader to join our team as a Direct Hire Assistant Plant Manager. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, know how to motivate a team, and take pride in getting the job done right, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Help lead and motivate a team of manufacturing employees to achieve daily production goals Support a safe, efficient, and high-quality production environment Assist with coordinating workflow and keeping operations running smoothly Troubleshoot production challenges and help improve processes Promote teamwork, accountability, and strong communication on the plant floor Work closely with plant leadership to meet production and quality standards
Requirements:
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate people Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Hands-on mentality with a willingness to jump in where needed Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Mechanical aptitude is a plus No college degree required — leadership and manufacturing experience matter most #DP1
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
