Concrete Plant Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Concrete Plant Manager to lead our concrete production operations. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the concrete plant, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and safety compliance. Responsibilities Supervise all aspects of concrete plant operations, including batching, mixing, and delivery schedules Coordinate with construction teams to meet project timelines and specifications Manage maintenance and repair of heavy equipment such as concrete mixers, forklifts, and fabrication tools Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times Oversee inventory levels of raw materials like cement, aggregates, and additives Lead a team of operators and technicians, providing training on equipment use and safety procedures Conduct quality control checks on concrete mixes to meet industry standards and client requirements Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing or construction environments, with a focus on concrete or heavy equipment operation Strong mechanical knowledge related to concrete mixers, fabrication tools, and machining processes Ability to operate or oversee the operation of forklifts and other heavy machinery safely Skilled in welding, fabrication, and basic mechanical repairs Knowledge of concrete forming techniques and finishing processes Warehouse experience for managing raw materials and finished products efficiently Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and ensure safety compliance Join us if you're ready to lead a fast-paced concrete production facility with energy and precision!
