What Drives Success This role is responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining fabrication operations to ensure all products meet customer demand, quality standards, and safety expectations. The position will drive long-term strategies to improve operational performance, aligning manufacturing processes with Quality Assurance objectives while supporting Lean and Six Sigma initiatives. This role partners cross-functionally to implement continuous improvement strategies across the organization. Develop, implement, and sustain fabrication and assembly operations to meet production and customer demand Establish and drive long-term strategies to improve quality, safety, and operational performance Align manufacturing operations with Quality Assurance standards and objectives Lead and support Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to drive continuous improvement Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, and sales teams Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency, throughput, and product quality Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed Lead change management efforts and ensure successful adoption of new processes and initiatives Drive a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement within the manufacturing What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field preferred 5+ years of progressive experience in operations or production management in a fast-paced environment Experience in HVAC manufacturing strongly preferred Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (certification a plus) Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing change Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal skills, including coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution Demonstrated project management and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment Physical Requirements Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing and walking for extended periods Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs Ability to navigate production floors and interact with equipment and teamsWhat We Offer Compensation :
This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $98,000- $129,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.Benefits :
