• Lead and coordinate daily production across all shifts with a focus on output, efficiency, and quality Drive performance
• Set, track, and exceed KPIs while holding teams accountable to high standards Optimize the floor
• Improve workflows, layouts, and labor utilization to maximize throughput Solve in real time
• Identify bottlenecks quickly and implement effective, immediate solutions Champion continuous improvement
• Lead initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality Ensure compliance
• Maintain strict adherence to FDA, cGMP, SOPs, and safety standards Partner cross-functionally
• Align with quality, supply chain, and leadership to keep operations running smoothly Develop your team
• Coach, mentor, and build a strong, engaged, and accountable workforce Communicate with impact
• Provide clear, consistent reporting on production performance to leadership What We're Looking For A hands-on, high-energy leader who is comfortable being on the floor and leading from the front Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong background in nutraceuticals, food, supplements, or pharma manufacturing Deep understanding of FDA, cGMP, and regulatory compliance A leader who advocates for team growth, accountability, and continuous development Someone who is inclusive, approachable, and able to build trust across all levels Strong problem-solving skills with a process-improvement mindset Experience with NetSuite, Excel, and production systems Qualifications 8+ years of manufacturing experience, with leadership responsibility 5+ years in nutraceutical, supplement, food, or pharmaceutical production Minimum of 2 years of hands-on NetSuite experience required Experience managing supply chain coordination and materials flow Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience Ability to spend significant time on the production floor (up to 75%) and lift up to 25 lbs.
