You will partner with Value Stream Leaders, Process Engineering, Quality, and shop-floor teams to implement Lean strategies, manage P&L outcomes, and improve flow. Onsite (1st shift, 7:00am-3:30pm) in Glendale, AZ. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Lead day-to-day operations of the value stream to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets Implement and sustain Lean/POP methods to increase productivity, reduce lead times, and cut operating costs Own Value Stream P&L including cost analysis, margin improvement, PPV goals, and manufacturing productivity Coordinate production control, establish manufacturing priorities, and synchronize activities with off-shift management and shipping Create continuous product flow using pull systems and workload leveling where appropriate Develop and manage Team Leaders, associates, and cross-training programs to ensure coverage and quality-first problem solving Use PDCA, Tracking Centers, and Team Improvement Boards to drive continuous improvement and ensure standardized work and safety compliance Collaborate with division staff to develop future-state value stream maps and manage implementation plans Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) or equivalent 3-5 years of progressive professional experience with leadership of projects and teams of considerable size, scope, and complexity Experience with P&L ownership or financial accountability preferred Background in manufacturing operations, inventory control, strategic planning, and basic accounting/PC skills Demonstrated team-building and communication skills; ability to assess and develop individual and team capabilities Experience with Lean process improvements and implementation Here's What Else Might Help You Out Master's degree Prior P&L ownership experience Proven leadership of LEAN implementation or significant continuous improvement programs Pay Range $110K - $115K Plus Bonus/year Ready to Make Your Mark?
