7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Key Responsibilities Lead overall operations of a manufacturing value stream. Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement. Own Value Stream P&L, productivity, cost reduction, and margin goals. Oversee production, quality, process engineering, budgets, and staffing. Develop team leaders and build a high-performance culture. Improve workflow, inventory, lead times, and operational efficiency. Ensure safety, standardized processes, and strong customer service. Lead daily operations and coordinate manufacturing priorities/shipping. Use PDCA, tracking centers, and improvement boards to drive results. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. 3-5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing/operations. Experience with Lean implementation and continuous improvement. P&L ownership experience preferred. Strong background in manufacturing, inventory control, HR, and planning. Strong communication, leadership, and team development skills.
