Job Description
The Assistant Plant Manager is primarily responsible for "assisting" the Plant Manager in running the day to day business functions of the Plant. The Assistant Plant Manager for Café Valley will support the Plant Manager in planning, directing, and coordinating the work activities and resources across all teams and departments necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications. The Assistant Plant Manager will also act as Plant Manager in the absence of the Plant Manager.
