Who is Cafe Bakery Cafe Valley, Inc. is a baked food production company with plants in Phoenix, Arizona and Marion, IN. We are passionate about creating delicious baked goods that bring joy to people's lives. Our products are made with high-quality ingredients and crafted with care. We strive to maintain a positive work environment and foster a culture of teamwork and innovation. Who You Are The Production Manager supports the plant by overseeing the daily operation of a shift for the Batter or Dough line. Planning, directing, and coordinating the work activities and resources across all teams and departments necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications.
