Full-Time We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee apparel production from purchase order through final delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple vendors and deadlines, and knows how to keep cross-functional teams aligned throughout the production process. What You'll Do Manage the full production lifecycle from order placement to delivery. Track calendars, milestones, and work in progress to ensure deadlines are met. Partner with vendors, factories, and internal teams to maintain smooth production flow. Coordinate approvals for trims, color, fit, packaging, and final production readiness. Identify and resolve issues that may affect timing, quality, or delivery. Monitor vendor performance and support process improvements. Work closely with design, development, logistics, quality, and sales teams. What We're Looking For Strong experience in apparel production. Background managing multiple vendors and overlapping timelines. Knowledge of garment construction, trims, production calendars, and approvals. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in fast-paced, high-volume production environments. Familiarity with PLM, ERP, or similar production systems is a plus.
