The Senior / Staff / Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) is a technical and operational leader responsible for delivering complex, high?volume consumer electronics programs from concept through mass production. This role is the primary bridge between customers and India?based manufacturing and engineering teams, accountable for execution excellence across SMT, System/FATP, NPI, and global production ramps. This position operates with high autonomy, drives cross?organizational alignment, mentors TPMs and engineers, and influences factory and product strategy. The role requires travel to India 3-4 times per year and approximately 15% overall domestic and international travel.
