This role drives production performance through operational excellence, continuous improvement, and strong people leadership. The RF Manufacturing Manager translates business strategy into execution—leading teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPIs while fostering accountability, collaboration, and employee development. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and supervise manufacturing teams; set goals, manage workloads, and drive performance Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, and efficiency Manage production schedules, labor, materials, and equipment to meet customer demand and business goals Partner with leadership on strategic planning, capacity optimization, and capital investment initiatives Champion a safety‑first culture and ensure compliance with environmental, regulatory, and QMS requirements Develop talent through training, coaching, and mentorship while promoting GracoRoberts' values and high‑performance culture What You Bring 5+ years of manufacturing management experience with direct supervisory responsibility Strong leadership and people‑management skills Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or CI/OpEx methodologies Strategic, analytical, and execution‑focused mindset Strong mechanical, technical, and problem‑solving abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Experience in adhesives or chemical manufacturing strongly preferred Exposure to aerospace, automotive, or high‑tech manufacturing a plus Proven continuos improvement or operational improvement results

- Coordinate cycle counts of company inventory as it relates to manufacturing, packaging, and other related materials.

- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position with experience managing direct reports in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
- Strong, effective leadership skills. Ability to think tactically and strategically.
- Technical knowledge in adhesives manufacturing strongly preferred, if not required.
- Process-oriented.
- Possess mechanical and technical acumen.
- Experience in chemical manufacturing and formulation a plus.
- Aerospace, Automotive, or High-Tech industry experience a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fully competent in Microsoft Office Suite software and personal computer use.
