Job Description:
SNI Companies is partnering with a fantastic smaller sized manufacturer of precision machined components for aerospace/defense/space in the Torrance area that is seeking a Process Engineering Manager. This individual will be replacing a long-time employee who is set to retire at the end of 2026. In this role, you would be overseeing two CNC Programmers with indirect oversight of shop floor activities. The role is mostly focused around manufacturing/process engineering. This is a shop that makes very complex components with 5 axis mills and mill/turns. They need someone who is capable of designing a process from a blueprint to lead their team moving forward.
