From missile warning to Earth observation, our spacecraft safeguard and inform on a global scale. When our satellites launch, every teammate can point to the hardware and processes they helped bring to life. We're hiring a Level 4 Product Owner for Manufacturing Harness to lead schedule, budget, and technical performance for electrical harness subsystems across one or more programs. You'll orchestrate cross-functional execution—from demand entry through procurement, production, ATLO, and delivery—so qualified flight hardware shows up right, ready, and on time. A day in the life Kick off with Program Management Offices (including MPMs) to confirm priorities for upcoming deliverable hardware and near-term milestones.
Unblock the line:
facilitate across procurement, planning, manufacturing, and ATLO to keep builds moving; escalate early when risks appear.
Manage the control account:
scope, proposals, cost estimates, schedules, EACs, risk registers, and EV inputs (including variance analysis and corrective actions). Refresh LRE updates and maintain the historical cost/schedule dataset that feeds program delivery baselines. Coordinate with Production Scheduling so shared-area workloads align with program need dates.
Shape the roadmap:
align harness design evolution with long-range business plans; authorize and manage technical changes with Engineering. Serve as the recognized technical authority and performance manager for your control account(s); track subsystem TPMs and status deliverables to stakeholders and customers. Drive closure of DRs with engineering owners to keep floor work flowing. What you bring Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a technical or business field with working knowledge of cost, schedule, technical management, risk, and earned value. Proficiency in Jira and Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint. Demonstrated leadership of engineering and/or manufacturing teams. Hands-on use of metrics and toolsets to manage execution. Clear, concise written and verbal communication. Preferred Project leadership experience. BS in Aerospace, Computer, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering; Computer Science; or Electronic Design. Fluency with waterfall, agile, and hybrid delivery models and how to tailor them. Ability to balance multiple programs and stakeholders within schedule and resource constraints. Skill at spotting execution trends early and acting proactively. Knowledge of satellite systems and components. Confluence experience. Active TS/SCI clearance. Role details

Summary pay range:
Level 4: $121,000 - $215,000. Compliance and work authorization Millennium is DDTC-registered, ITAR-compliant Company. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Applicants MUST be U.S. citizens and eligible for a security clearance. Additionally, applicants must be willing to apply for and maintain a security clearance.
