This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in program management within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Qualifications Program management or project coordination experience required Manufacturing experience is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally Responsibilities Support program execution from contract award through delivery Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and customer updates Work closely with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams Track timelines, quality, and project performance metrics Assist with reporting, documentation, and risk management Preferred Background Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred 0-3 years of experience in program management, project coordination, or manufacturing Aerospace, defense, or regulated industry exposure is a plus Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems preferred Additional Details Full-time | 100% on-site Core hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Interviews starting ASAP AtWork Personnel is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
