Job Description:

Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain environmental, safety, and quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001, Cal/EPA, Cal/OSHA, FSC/SFI, and other regulatory requirements Create and update policies and procedures to ensure regulatory and certification compliance, partnering with operations teams and delivering training as needed Lead corrective?action processes by investigating production issues, identifying root causes, and documenting effective corrective measures with department leaders Serve as the primary contact for internal and external audits, coordinating preparation, leading discussions, and documenting findings and follow?up actions Support continuous improvement efforts through data entry, tracking, and reporting on improvement initiatives Manage compliance documentation, including sending, organizing, and maintaining required certifications Qualifications Bachelor of Science preferred, or equivalent experience in environmental safety, quality assurance, quality control, or related management systems 3+ years leading environmental, safety, and quality systems in manufacturing, with the ability to learn new processes quickly (paper printing or corrugated experience is a plus) Strong background supervising large manufacturing operations in fast?paced, high?volume industrial environments, with knowledge of California EHS regulations Lean?minded problem solver with experience driving safety, quality, machine efficiency, and continuous improvement; Six Sigma exposure is a plus Excellent communication, training, and collaboration skills with high emotional intelligence and the ability to influence at all levels Highly organized self?starter with strong math and computer skills (MS Office, production systems), able to work on the production floor, travel as needed; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Ask for:
