This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who excels at improving processes, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, process optimization, and cost control. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices. Monitor production metrics and implement strategies to achieve operational goals and performance targets. Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors and production personnel to build strong, engaged, and accountable teams. Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve operational challenges and maintain production flow. Develop and execute operational plans that support production schedules, customer demands, and business objectives. Maintain accurate production documentation and provide performance reporting to senior leadership. Oversee equipment readiness and collaborate with Maintenance to maximize uptime and operational reliability. Support new product introductions and process improvements while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. 10+ years of manufacturing operations experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Demonstrated success leading teams and driving measurable operational improvements. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and workplace safety standards. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and report to company facilities as required, including occasional same-day travel between locations. INDBH #LI-BH1
