General/Plant Manager | Morgan Hill, CA | Manufacturing We're looking for a builder and a transformer
  • someone who doesn't just run a plant, they reimagine it. Our Morgan Hill facility is at an inflection point. We have a solid operational foundation and a big vision for what comes next. To get there, we need a Leader who thrives in complexity, drives change without losing people along the way, and builds systems that didn't exist before. ???? What you'll own:
  • Full P&L and operational accountability for the plant
  • Leading a cultural and process transformation
  • from good to great
  • Building out infrastructure, workflows, and team capabilities from the ground up
  • Driving performance across safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people
  • Serving as the top operational leader on-site, partnering directly with company leadership ? You're the right person if you:
  • Have 8-15 years of progressive manufacturing leadership, including Plant Manager experience
  • Have led a turnaround or greenfield operation
  • and have the scars and wins to show for it
  • Are a genuine change agent: you've built things, fixed things, and brought teams with you
  • Thrive in industries with complexity
  • we operate across multiple major manufacturing sectors
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building where there's no playbook yet
  • Live in or are willing to relocate to the Morgan Hill / South Bay Area ?
