Position:
Manufacturing Shop Manager American Amplifier Technologies (AAT) is a company that designs and manufactures Radio Frequency (RF) products. Duties and Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge of computers and technology. Use multiple software platforms to manage and coordinate work orders. Manufacturing / warehouse shop managing experience required.
  • Oversee day to day manufacturing operations to endure work orders are being completed.
  • Ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.
  • Assign and manage workflow for machining, fabrication and assembly.
  • Ensure product production is being managed and time lines are being met.
  • Manage inventory levels, materials, and equipment to avoid production delays
  • Updating documentation and ensuring processes are organized.
  • Utilize work order software to stay on task and complete orders promptly.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Understand the AAT culture and participate: People Smarts, Humility, and Hunger
  • Understand lean manufacturing and eliminate waste.
Schedule:
8 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday. Overtime as needed. Weekends when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Benefits:
Health insurance plan, paid vacation, dental, and 401K. (Full-time position). Benefits are available when /if the position becomes not temporary, and when qualifications have been met.
