Plant Manager Packing House Operations

Full-Time | Direct Hire | Bilingual English/Spanish Required ReadyWork Inc. is seeking an experienced Plant Manager for a direct hire opportunity with one of our valued clients. This leadership role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a strong background in packing house operations who can drive production, maintain quality and safety standards, and lead teams in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage daily lemon processing, storage, and shipping operations Ensure product quality and timely order fulfillment Lead and supervise plant employees Coordinate with maintenance and production teams Monitor production efficiency, safety, and compliance Prepare operational reports and support process improvements Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish required Management experience in packing house, food production, or manufacturing operations Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with production systems and Microsoft Office Valid California Driver's License required Benefits Competitive benefits package offered, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, and 401(k). Pay:

$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
