Description:

We are seeking a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Planner ASC Manager (Level 4) in Palmdale, CA to lead critical manufacturing planning and material management operations. What You Will Be Doing Manages multiple manufacturing planning, material management and support activities within various manufacturing job functions responsible for Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions. These may include but not limited to, Make, Buy, Bill of Material (BOM) Planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Warehousing and Shipping. Over sees production systems integrity and drives inventory optimization to minimize cost. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Basic Qualifications:

Inventory management, Warehousing, Production, Scheduling or Shipping experience Scheduling and/or Production experience Possess knowledge of lean manufacturing

Desired Skills:

Microsoft Office experience Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot) Ability or experience creating dashboards, and/or charts, to communicate part status, bottlenecks, and forecast accuracy Past experience with Production Control and/or Make and Buy Planning, manufacturing and and/or Make Planning experience. Schedule management experience to track adherence (planned vs. actual) across multiple lines Use critical path analysis and deviation root cause tracking to drive on time delivery Familiarity with database queries (SQL) is a plus for extracting SAP/SFM data Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of management, peers, a represented workforce. Work Schedules:

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
