Manage production planning and scheduling using EVUE systems or LinenTech to align with customer demands and inventory levels. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean manufacturing principles and process improvement techniques to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Oversee supply chain management activities, including procurement, logistics, and inventory control, utilizing supply chain analytics for data-driven decision making. Maintain rigorous quality control standards across all processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer specifications. Supervise maintenance activities, leveraging mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly and minimize downtime. Foster a safety-first environment by implementing safety protocols, conducting regular training sessions, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing workflows, improve assembly processes, and enhance overall plant performance. Qualifications Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing or industrial setting, preferably in the laundry or textile industry. Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms; familiarity with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is essential. Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing methodologies, process improvement, and continuous improvement strategies. Solid understanding of supply chain management principles, including logistics, procurement, and inventory control analytics. Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage operations effectively, and drive change initiatives. Strong communication skills paired with analytical thinking to solve complex operational challenges efficiently.
