NOW HIRING AREA MANAGER I & AREA MANAGER II
San Diego, CA $40 - $45 PER HOUR Join a leading shipbuilding and repair team! We are seeking experienced Area Managers to oversee ship construction and repair operations while ensuring safety, quality, schedule compliance, and cost efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage production trades and subcontractors Lead shipbuilding and repair operations Monitor project schedules, budgets, and performance Drive safety, quality, and process improvement initiatives Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Planning, Supply Chain, and Program Management Support successful project execution and vessel delivery
QUALIFICATIONS
Shipbuilding or Ship Repair experience preferred Leadership and supervisory experience Strong planning and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
