Full Job Description Experience:
Senior Level Salary:
$125,000- $150,000 per year Job Details
- Key Responsibilities and Duties Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational performance at the plant level Lead the deployment of Operations Excellence tools, platforms, and CI frameworks Analyze manufacturing and financial data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities Train and coach employees on Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and structured CI methodologies Partner directly with front-line teams using a hands-on, floor-based leadership approach Provide project management leadership for CI pilots and full-scale rollouts Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure CI strategy alignment and stakeholder support Support plant transformation initiatives and change management efforts Travel up to 20% as needed Qualifications•
Needed Education:
o Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of related experience OR o High School Diploma / GED with 8+ years of manufacturing CI experiencePreferred:
Master's Degree Certifications:
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt strongly preferredExperience:
o Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma o Manufacturing operations and plant-level continuous improvement o Data analytics using process and financial metrics o Leading CI projects from concept through implementation Proven ability to: o Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority o Drive sustainable change in fast-paced manufacturing environments A bit about us:- Founded nearly four years ago and based in Downey, CA, with operations supporting large-scale fast-paced manufacturing across multiple U.
