Full Job Description Core Responsibilities GSS Configuration Baseline:

Document current GSS ERP setups, data flows, and manufacturing process configurations.

Routing & Estimation Setup:

Input routing steps, work center queues, and yields. Establish GSS estimating templates, including raw material, chemistry, thickness, and OSP parameters .

Inventory & Materials Alignment:

Set up GSS master standards, tracking mechanisms for precious metals, and cycle counting protocols.

Cross-Functional Training Delivery:

Run interactive walkthroughs and deliver structured training for Engineering, Sales, Quality, and Operations groups.

Testing & Gate Validation:

Manage the execution of phase milestones, secure business unit signoffs, and conduct final documentation audits.

Qualifications & Experience System Knowledge:

Hands-on experience with Global Shop Solutions (GSS) ERP applications, specifically Advanced Planning, Shop Floor Management, and Inventory Control.

Industrial Manufacturing Exposure:

Prior background in high-precision, multi-step discrete manufacturing or metal fabrication environments.

Rapid Implementation Track Record:

Proven capacity to scope workflows, deploy standard operating procedures, and finalize system transitions within a tight 90-day project sprint .

Technical Training Ability:

Adept at creating functional technical troubleshooting guides for company trainees.
