Job Description

Manzanita Naturals is rapidly growing in the cannabis manufacturing space and is looking for motivated individuals who are excited to tackle new opportunities and be part of the future of the industry. We are seeking an experienced and highly disciplined Plant Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who is mechanically inclined, a self-starter, and willing to work alongside the team while overseeing day-to-day operations on the production floor. To be effective, this person must have the ability to lead and enforce structure, accountability, quality standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) while driving operational efficiency and team performance. The ideal candidate will also have manufacturing experience within the beverage, candy/confectionery, and/or pre-roll industries and be capable of building a high-performance culture centered around discipline, efficiency, and quality. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all plant operations, production staff, and supervisors Oversee daily production floor operations while working alongside team members as needed Establish and enforce discipline, accountability, and workplace standards Implement and maintain SOPs, GMPs, quality control, and safety procedures Oversee inventory management, material tracking, and production scheduling Monitor production performance, efficiency, and waste reduction initiatives Train, coach, and develop team members to improve productivity and culture Ensure all products meet company quality and compliance standards Collaborate with leadership on operational improvements and scaling production Troubleshoot operational and equipment-related issues as they arise Maintain equipment readiness and coordinate maintenance when necessary Manage staffing, shift scheduling, and overall plant workflow
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of plant management or production management experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience in one or more of the following industries: Beverage manufacturing, Pre-roll manufacturing, Candy/confectionery manufacturing Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and production issues Self-starter with a strong work ethic and leadership mentality Proven experience managing multiple team members and departments Strong background in inventory management and operational systems Experience implementing SOPs, production standards, and quality control systems Strong leadership skills with the ability to create structure, discipline, and accountability Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Experience working in fast-paced manufacturing environments

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary: $115,000 - $125,000 DOE and up to 10,000 dollars in bonus incentives Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding company Benefits package available

$125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
