Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing production processes, ensuring operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing plant activities, optimizing productivity, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety across all operations. Duties Lead and coordinate all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution. Implement lean manufacturing principles and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Oversee supply chain management activities, utilizing ERP systems such as SAP to manage inventory, procurement, and logistics. Monitor production metrics and supply chain analytics to identify opportunities for operational enhancements. Ensure compliance with quality control standards and safety regulations throughout the plant. Manage cross-functional teams including assembly, maintenance, and quality assurance personnel to meet production targets. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. Requirements Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of
SAP, MRP
(Material Requirements Planning), ERP systems, and supply chain management. Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing methodologies and process improvement strategies. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand manufacturing equipment and processes. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety standards in an industrial setting. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus. $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
