Job Description

We're seeking a Plant Manager for one of our clients in Solvang, CA. This is a full-time temp-to-hire assignment, with a salary of $75,000 annually. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM or 7:30AM to 4PM. If you're interested in this role, apply today! We'd love to see your resume! •Benefits if hired by client include 100% medical paid for employee and dependent, sick and vacation pay, and 8 paid holidays•Duties & Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the plant Managing and recruiting staff Balancing sales and output, managing inventory Maintaining all County, State and Federal licenses required Keeping up to date with any regulatory legislation and developments Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are adhered to Altering the site's production system (with Owner's approval) in accordance with the materials required Perform as a liaison for sales and collection Develop and maintain community relations Manage production and set targets Manage and regulate the company budget Writing development reports and proposals Ordering new items as required Reporting to the owner's information regarding statistics and information of the company's performance Analyze equipment and facility problem areas and make recommendations to Ownership Perform other duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to reliably monitor all plant and facility operations Ability to maintain plant facilities Ability to regulate rental agreements Ability to maintain a profit margin on materials We provide equal employment opportunities in hiring, promotion, transfer, compensation, benefits, and all other employment decisions.
