Production Manager

We are a growing local trailer manufacturing company seeking a reliable, motivated, and hands-on Production Manager to lead our production team and help take our business to the next level. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production operations and workflow Manage and support production staff Ensure trailers are built safely, efficiently, and to quality standards Improve productivity, processes, and overall plant performance Coordinate production schedules and meet delivery deadlines Work directly with customers on scheduling and requests Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Monitor inventory and material usage Work closely with ownership to support company growth and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Previous production or manufacturing management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions Experience with welding, fabrication, or trailer manufacturing is a plus Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Commitment to quality workmanship and team development
