Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated professional to drive new product introductions within a complex manufacturing environment. Our team is committed to operational excellence and seeks an individual ready to facilitate cross-functional collaboration, project management, and continuous improvement across critical drug product processes.

Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional projects to deliver new product introductions on time, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and risk management protocols. Coordinate and maintain project plans for technology transfers, proactively resolving issues and escalating concerns as necessary. Own and manage change controls within GMP regulatory procedures, emphasizing compliance and a Right-First-Time approach. Engage and align with quality, regulatory, and supporting teams to meet project milestones and organizational standards.

Required:

Experience in cross-functional project management, specifically within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to manage change controls and lead technology transfer initiatives. Proven independent problem-solving skills with strong organizational and technical communication abilities. Background in drug product manufacturing operations.
