Plant Manager Salary:
$125,000–$155,000 Full Time l Onsite l

Plant Manager:
  • Lead all plant operations including production, safety, quality, and maintenance
  • Drive operational efficiency, throughput, and cost control initiatives
  • Develop and coach department leaders and frontline supervisors
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
  • Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning and execution Qualifications for the
Plant Manager:
  • Plant management or senior operations leadership experience in manufacturing
  • Proven background leading multi-department manufacturing teams
  • Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Understanding of safety, quality, and operational KPIs
