We're looking for an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in apparel manufacturing who can bring organization, follow-through, and operational leadership to our growing business. About the Role This is a highly hands-on production management role overseeing apparel production from development through final delivery. The right person understands apparel manufacturing inside and out — including production samples, timelines, factory communication, materials management, and quality control. This role requires someone who can proactively manage the many moving parts of apparel production, communicate clearly with factories, and identify issues before they impact delivery schedules. Spanish fluency is required, as this role involves regular communication and in-person visits with our factory partners in Mexico. Responsibilities Manage apparel production timelines from purchase order through delivery Oversee production sample development, approvals, revisions, and tracking Ensure factories have all required materials, trims, artwork, approvals, tech information, and production details before orders begin Communicate daily with factories and production partners in Mexico Track production status and proactively resolve issues that could impact ship dates Monitor factory capacity and production scheduling Coordinate with internal teams on artwork, inventory, approvals, and timelines Maintain organized production calendars and reporting Conduct factory visits in Mexico as needed Help improve systems and operational processes as the company continues to grow Requirements Prior apparel production experience
REQUIRED
Strong understanding of apparel manufacturing processes and production workflows Experience managing production samples and approvals Fluent in both Spanish and English Experience working directly with factories and production partners Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Ability to travel to Mexico as needed What We're Looking For We already have a hardworking, fast-moving team.
