Job Description

Job Description A growing industrial manufacturing company is hiring a Manufacturing Analyst to bring structure, visibility, and data ownership to a fast‑moving environment. This role is critical to hitting production dates, managing material availability, and improving how the business plans work. The position is open due to increased production complexity and an ERP system implementation scheduled to go live in July. You'll partner closely with the Manufacturing Manager (weekly 1:1s), operations leadership, engineering, supply chain, and shop floor teams. While the ERP system tracks inventory, this role owns the thinking behind it—consumption rates, project impacts, lead times, and realistic production schedules. Expect ambiguity, constant change, and real‑world problem solving. We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.
