Job Description
Job Description A growing industrial manufacturing company is hiring a Manufacturing Analyst to bring structure, visibility, and data ownership to a fast‑moving environment. This role is critical to hitting production dates, managing material availability, and improving how the business plans work. The position is open due to increased production complexity and an ERP system implementation scheduled to go live in July. You'll partner closely with the Manufacturing Manager (weekly 1:1s), operations leadership, engineering, supply chain, and shop floor teams. While the ERP system tracks inventory, this role owns the thinking behind it—consumption rates, project impacts, lead times, and realistic production schedules. Expect ambiguity, constant change, and real‑world problem solving.
