The Role:

Take full ownership of the modular manufacturing facility and its operations Introduce lean methodologies and build out proper, scalable processes Drive a clear goal to double facility output Lead and develop the workforce, including hands-on training of trade school students and volunteers Oversee day-to-day operations while shaping the long-term direction of the facility

The Person:

Experience leading a modular or offsite manufacturing facility Strong lean / process improvement background A track record of growing output, not just maintaining it The mindset to build something, not just run something
