May 5th, 2026 About Us At Gallery Carts. Kiosks. Portables (Gallery), we specialize in the custom design of quality products for the food and beverage industry. We pride ourselves on a white glove delivery service, and turnkey approach. Our various product lines are mixed between plug and play solutions, and prefabricated construction, all of which are installed by our field services team. Gallery offers competitive wages and a complete benefits package, including medical, dental, 401k, and paid sick/vacation time About the Role The Production Manager will oversee and lead our team of skilled assemblers. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of production, ensuring the timely and successful completion of builds across three distinct product lines. You will be a key member of our team, playing a vital role in delivering high-quality products to our clients. The Production Manager reports to the Director, Operations Responsibilities include :
Team Management:
Lead and supervise a team of Material Handlers, Electricians, Assemblers and Quality Control Specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their performance against client and company expectations. Allocate resources effectively, assigning team members on a daily basis to meet daily production quotas. Provides daily Briefings to Shop Floor describing work assignments and daily production goals. Provides daily reports to company leadership on throughput and other relevant metrics. Ensures team compliance to attendance and other employee handbook policies using established processes. Monitor and control labor, tooling, and consumable costs at our facility. Ensure compliance to inventory and materials management processes. Supports team with mechanical decision making and coordination with engineering team. Ensure all equipment is clean and operating by scheduling necessary maintenance. Ensure appropriate safety measures are in place and employee training is complete. Management of a 20 person team with a day shift of 0700-1530
Project Planning and Coordination:
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Inspect all outbound shipments to validate appropriate securement within trailers. Saturdays/Overtime are possible as job schedules require Assist team in related duties as needed. What we are looking for : Experience with UL or ISO certifications. Proven experience managing large workgroups of hourly employees to successfully meet manufacturing goals. Experience coaching and developing teams through structured feedback, development of high performers, and following performance management best practices. Interacts with department leads, Project Management, Engineering, and other team members to achieve manufacturing goals. Ensures employee safety through direct and immediate employee feedback, consistent discussion of safety topics, and regular safety trainings. Conducts safety and housekeeping walks, correcting observations and ensuring a clean and safe shop floor. Promotes good workmanship, product quality and high performance. Coordinates and ensure proper resourcing of projects and establishes timelines for completion. Familiarity with LEAN Manufacturing techniques, and Continuous Improvement Methodologies Required skills: Knowledge of Microsoft programs - Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with ERP, MRP, or WMS systems. NetSuite preferred. RFSmart or similar WMS systems Preferred. Effective communication skills (verbal and written) and excellent customer service skills. The position requires frequent standing, sitting, lifting items over 25lbs, and all other general warehouse activities. 10+ years experience in manufacturing high mix low volume products.
